Nicht selten tritt die Kiefergelenksst\u00f6rung zusammen mit einem Tinnitus auf, dem Oberbegriff f\u00fcr alle Arten von Ohr- oder Kopfger\u00e4uschen. Die Hauptursache f\u00fcr Kiefergelenks- st\u00f6rungen ist eine \u00dcber- oder Fehlbelastung der Kaumuskulatur und Kiefergelen ke, die auch zu weiteren Symptomen im Schulter-\/Nackenbereich f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen. <br><\/p>\n<p>Zudem k\u00f6nnen z. B. Fehlhaltungen der Halswirbels\u00e4ule auf Kiefergelenksst\u00f6rung und Tinnitus entscheidenden Einfluss haben. Durch Physiotherapie in unserer Heidelberger Praxis werden die Kiefergelenke inkl. Muskulatur, die Sch\u00e4del- und Gesichtsknochen sowie die Hirnnerven unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Gesamtk\u00f6rperstatik und -funktion untersucht und behandelt. Ziel ist die Schmerzreduktion, Besserung der Beweglichkeit, Entspannung des Gewebes. Zudem sollen Betroffene zu Eigenaktivit\u00e4ten angeleitet werden. Auch beim Tinnitus kann gezielte Physiotherapie wirksam helfen. <br><\/p>\n<p>Je nach \u00e4rztlicher Verordnung setzt ein Physiotherapeut zur Behandlung&nbsp;Manuelle Therapie&nbsp;oder&nbsp;krankengymnastische \u00dcbungen&nbsp;ein, um den Tinnitus zu behandeln. Auch eine spezielle Haltungsschulung mit Dehnung und Kr\u00e4ftigung der abgeschw\u00e4chten oder verspannten Muskulatur kann gegen Ohrger\u00e4usche wirksam helfen.
